Concerned about status?

When you register your child, pay and then have payment recorded, you will receive an email stating that your payment has been received. If you are a NEW member, you will see that the status of that membership is CURRENT. If you are a returning member, you will have a status of PENDING. Since the volleyball year runs from 11/1 to 10/31, the player is still a current member through 10/31. The membership card can be printed and it will reflect current status (along with the 06-07 club) and that expiration date. On 11/1, the system automatically renews those in the system who are paid and the member will be current for 07-08 at that point. You can print the new card at that point and it will reflect that information.


Didn't get confirmation email?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email showing payment has been recorded, you can print the membership card which shows proof of registration. If you absolutely need the email, our system does not allow it to be re-sent. We can, however, pull that email from a communication history and copy/paste the text of that email and provide it to you. If you want that information, please email, indicating your child's name and date of birth.


What do I take to tryouts?

First, if you haven't already done so, check with the clubs where you are going. All clubs should be asking for a medical release. DO NOT SEND THOSE TO THE REGION OFFICE. Some clubs ask for copy of waiver or code of conduct. From the region side of things, however, you should bring proof of membership, showing that you have entered the USAV system and are a paid member. Acceptable forms of proof are the email confirmation stating you are paid or the membership card printed from the account. If you are printing a membership card for tryouts, please make sure you go back in after 11/1 and print a new one if you are attending a tryout after that date. If you have not paid the region, you will be asked to write a check on site, payable to the region, which the club will send to us. You will be provided a receipt from that club, that the region will provide, showing you have paid.
