Need to pay online - Please click on Paypal image below. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use this payment method.

Please forward your payment confirmation receipt from Paypal to ntrstaff@gmail.com, including your child's name and DOB in the text of the forward. We cannot apply payment without knowing who it is going towards. If we do not receive it, you can expect delays in being marked as paid.

Regular Membership Fee (Players, coaches, directors, officials, etc.)

If you are paying by check, please send payment to the region office, 12200 Ford Road, Suite 400, Dallas, TX, 75234. Checks and money orders should be made payable to USAV-NTR. Please include your child's name and DOB on the memo line.
