Registration types and fees for 2012-2013 are as follows:
MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATION: Member classifications for the current season have been established by the North Texas Region Board of Directors as follows: Regular (Junior Member, Adult and Team Coach, Referee); Other Adult (Junior Club Personnel); Other Youth (11 and Under); Other Zero Cost (8 and Under); Collegiate Player; One-Day (Adults Only); Outdoor Only; and Recreation/Summer/Beach.

| REGULAR MEMBER: ADULT PLAYER, JUNIOR PLAYER, COACH, DIRECTOR, REFEREE | Full membership that allows individuals to participate in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events without restriction. Limited memberships below may upgrade in order to be eligible for national programming. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance and USA Volleyball magazine. | $45.00 |
| OTHER ADULT: JUNIOR CLUB PERSONNEL | Full membership that allows individuals to participate in non-playing roles (i.e. Junior Club Administrator, chaperone, volunteer, parent R2, parent scorekeeper, etc.). Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance and auditing of officials’ clinics. | $20.00 |
| OTHER YOUTH: 11 AND UNDER | Limited membership that allows junior members who are under 11 years of age and younger to participate in NTR sanctioned events (born after 9/1/2001). Participants cannot participate in national level events (qualifiers, JNC, National High Performance teams/camps, etc.) This membership type does not count toward JNC bid allocations. | OTHER ZERO: 8 AND UNDER | Limited FREE membership that allows junior members who are under 8 years of age and younger to participate in NTR sanctioned events (born after 9/1/2004). | COLLEGIATE PLAYER | Membership type that allows players attending college full-time to participate in USAV/RVA sanctioned events without limitation. Should a collegiate player choose to coach with a junior club and/or officiate, an upgrade to a full membership will be required. Upon registration, member will be responsible for providing proof of enrollment to a college or university (class schedule, enrollment verification, etc.). A school ID will not suffice as proof of enrollment unless it displays the term of enrollment. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance. | $15.00 |
| ONE-DAY (ADULTS ONLY) | One day limited membership that allows an adult player to participate in an NTR sanctioned event. Once event has concluded, further participation will require an upgrade to a FULL membership. Fee includes sports accident and liability insurance. | $8.00 |
