Certification
In order to work with a Junior team in our region, you must be at a minimum IMPACT certified. You have 90 days after you have registered for membership to obtain certification. Our region hosts IMPACT clinics throughout the year. USA Volleyball also conducts IMPACT webinars online. Please visit our IMPACT page for more information.
Finding a Club Team
Browse our site and get to know some of the junior clubs within the North Texas Region. Visit the club sites and learn a little more about them. If you have driving distance restrictions, find out where the club practices and how often. We have clubs all the way from Abilene to East Texas. Clubs searching for coaches will often ask us to post their needs on our Clubs Looking for Coaches page. Sometimes they are even looking for coaches during the season to help out or to fill in for someone.

- Teach kids how to enjoy volleyball no matter what their skill level?
- Work only with younger teams? Only with older teams?
Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want to do right now. Once you get into the coaching world, you will start to refine your goals.
